Use a scanner to tell a story

As part of my Graphic Pre-press course we were asked to tell a story about ourselves using 9 objects and a scanner.

This is my story...

My scanner story includes elements from the past, present and what I hope to achieve in the future.

I have always been involved in something creative, I started out studying fashion design. The image is my first attempt at creating a fashion sketch using a computer program called fashion toolbox.

Photography has always been a passion and a hobby of mine, as well as jewelry making. I made the earrings and the camera picture represents my beautiful vintage camera (the real thing was too bulky to scan). 

I currently work at an awesome ale house called the Winston which specialises in boutique beer. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a particular favourite of mine.

watercolour painting is something I'm a bit terrible at for now, however I'm sure with plenty more practice, I will improve!
